Through her leadership and strategic vision, she has transformed 3TG into a multi-million-dollar business, providing staffing solutions for thousands of individuals across both temporary and permanent placements. Under her guidance, the company has not only achieved impressive financial growth but has also established itself as a trusted provider of workforce solutions, meeting the diverse needs of industries and clients nationwide.
In her previous corporate position, Dr. Ford managed a substantial annual marketing budget of $200 million. Her responsibilities included overseeing marketing, product management, and financial reporting. Dr. Ford's insights are highly regarded, and she is admired for her sound judgment and strategic decision-making.
Dr. Ford earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Rutgers University.
